
Ingredients
- Sushi paper
- Sushi rice
- Tofu
- Carrot
- Capsicum
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
Method
- Cook sushi rice following directions on packet.
- Fry tofu. Allow to cool.
- Once cooled, assemble sushi rice across 1/2 sushi paper.
- Lay carrot, cucumber, capsicum, avocado, and tofu horizontally across the rice.
- Dampen one edge of the sushi paper with water. Roll the sushi ensuring all ingredients are tightly wrapped. Use the wet edge to seal the sushi roll.
- Serve with Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce!!
