
Ingredients
- 1 silken tofu
- 1/2 cup oyster mushroom (diced)
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup green beans (diced)
- 500g minced pork
- 1/2 cup chicken stock/water
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp panda brand oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp abc sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 pinch ground white pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- Spring onion (garnish)
Method
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan/wok on medium to high heat.
- Add in onions, garlic and ginger and fry until fragrant.
- Add in minced pork and fry until brown. Once browned, add in mushrooms and green beans.
- Stir in oyster sauce, abc sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil and ground white pepper until well mixed.
- Mix chicken stock/water with corn starch well, then stir in mixture into the meat.
- On the side, remove silken tofu from packaging and place on plate. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until hot.
- Once mince meat sauce has thickened, it is ready to be poured over the silken tofu.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions on top.
