
Ingredients
- ABC Chilli Sauce
- 1 pkt Firm Tofu
- 1 can Coconut Cream
- Orbento Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 egg whipped
- 1/2 ts chilli oil
- 1 cup long grain rice
- coriander for serving
Method
- Cook Rice in 3/4 can coconut milk
- Cut Tofu into cubes about 2cm .
- Dip tofu cubes in egg mix and coat with breadcrumbs
- Cook in Air FRyer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees or until golden
- mix remaining Coconut cream with 1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce and a few drops of chilli oil to make dipping sauce. Chilli can be altered to taste .
- Serve with coconut rice and scatter with coriander leaves
