- Tofu 100g
- Seaweed 2 leaves
- Salad leaves
- Soy sauce
- Sesame seeds oil

Method
- Cut tofu unto small squares
- Mix salad, tofu, oils and soy sauce
- Tear seaweed into small 2 X 2 squares
