
Ingredients
- Ricepaper
- Firm tofu
- Mango
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Vermicelli noodles
- Radish
- Pea sprouts
- Kewpie sesame soy dressing
- Vietnamese mint
- Corriander
Method
- Slice up tofu, mango, cucumber, carro and radish into thin sticks approx 2 - 3 inches long.
- Submerge ricepaper into water for 5 seconds. Remove from water and fill with fillings.
- Roll tightly.
- Dip into Kewpie sesame soy dressing and enjoy.
