
Ingredients
- 500g Lean Pork Mince
- 1 diced medium onion
- 1 (227g) can of water chestnut slices
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 table spoon fish sauce
- 3 table spoons Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
- 1 table spoon of sweet chilli sauce
- Cooking oil
Method
- In a heated wok with oil, begin to toast your mince meat with fish sauce and black pepper.
- Add onions and water chestnuts when mince is close to being toasted.
- Once meat is toasted, add Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce for that umami and sweet chilli sauce for a touch of spicy sweetness.
- Put on top of your favourite rice, noodles or salad mix.
