
Ingredients
- Rice
- Smoked Salmon
- Cabbage
- Sushi ginger
- Avocado
- Wasabi peas
- Sesame seeds
- Roasted Seaweed sheet
- Kewpie wasabi mayonnaise
- Sesame oil
- Chilli oil
Method
- Boil the rice and place cooked rice into a deep bowl.
- Add a generous amount of purple cabbage on top of the rice
- Slice the avocado in quarters and place them in the bowl in a leaf-like patten.
- Using scissors, cut up the seaweed sheet into leaf like pieces and arrange them in the bowl.
- Cut the smoke salmon in the shape of a tiger and place ontop of the avocado and seaweed.
- Add more stripes and features to the tiger with strips of the seaweed.
- Sprinkle some wasabi peas at the bottom of the design
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds around the design.
- Outline all the elements with the kewpie wasabi mayonnaise.
- Add a drizzle of sesame oil and chilli oil.
