- Sausages
- Golden Curry
- Carrots
- Potatoe
- Onion
Method
- Boil sausages until cooked
- Dice carrots and potatoe and boil these
- Cut up onion finely and fry up with oil on frypan
- Once sausages have boiled, slice up the sausages and put into the pan with Golden curry mix and 540mls of water. Add potatoes and carrots. Simmer until potato and carrot are soft.Serve with riceā¦..enjoy!
