
Ingredients
- 1 L Chicken soup
- 4 tbs Thai fish sauce
- 1 tbs brown suger
- 4 tbs oyster souce
- 2 Leon grass stalks
- 50 g fresh root ginger
- 1 bunch coriandeer
- Rice to accompany
- Red capsicum
Method
- Put the chicken to cook and used the water left and add the fish sauce, sugar, lemon grass and galangal. As well as the ginger bring to boil, and the red capsicum in small pieces then reduce the hear for 30 minutes.
- Separate the chicken and crumble the chicken. Then fried it and then mixed it with the rest. Add the bamboo shoots after sliced really tinny.
- Cook the noodles as the packed instructions said. then mixed all together and cook for 20 minutes
- In the mean time cook the rice of your preference and serve alongside the main plate. And enjoy!!
