
Ingredients
- Prawns
- Canola oil
- Brown sugar
- Valcom curry red Thai paste
- Fish sauce
- Long beans
Method
- Add some oil and cook half of the red curry paste bottle until fragrant
- Add 2 tsps sugar and 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Chop up lime leaves into tiny pieces for maximum flavour and throw in with prawns
- When prawns almost cooked, add in some cut long beans, cook for a while, then can serve.
- Sprinkle with some sweet soy sauce and garnish with lime leaves
