
Ingredients
- Valcom bamboo shoots (225g)
- tofu (450g)
- 2 tomatos (chopped)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- broccoli (400g)
- ayam red curry paste (195g)
- ayam coconut cream (270ml)
- served with rice
Method
- chop tofu into cubes
- chop vegetables (onion, tomato, broccoli)
- cook onion in frying pan/wok
- add red curry paste
- add tofu cubes
- add bamboo shoots, tomato and broccoli
- add coconut cream
- add water as needed
- stir then simmer for 15 minutes until cooked
- cook rice of your choice
- serve rice on plate/bowl and add curry on top/side
