
Ingredients
- Red curry paste
- Fish sauce
- Onion
- Flat Head Fish fillets
- Coconut oil
- Garlic
- Carrot
- Broccoli
- Coconut milk
- Brown rice
Method
- Add coconut oil to a pan
- Add red curry paste and fry one minute untill fragrant.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic and fry untill soft.
- Add fish fillets to pan.
- Pour over the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Add Broccoli and fish sauce.
- Cook everything in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes untill everything is cooked properly.
- Serve with brown rice and enjoy!
