
Ingredients
- Valcom authentic Thai green curry paste
- Vegetable dumplings
- Streamed rice
- Zucchini
- Broccoli
- Spinach
- Coconut milk
Method
- Steam two cups of rice and set aside.
- Steam ~10 vegetable dumplings for 20mins or until close to ready.
- Prep vegetables and place half of Valcom Thai green curry paste along with ~200ml coconut milk into pan. Allow vegetables to cook in sauce.
- Once vegetables are cooked, add dumplings to finish cooking, then add the remainder of Valcom Thai green curry paste along with additional coconut milk to taste.
- Serve up in a bowl with steamed rice and enjoy :)
