- Chicken breast
- Mixed fresh veggies
- Valcom curry paste
- Coconut milk
Method
- Prep chicken and veg (chop)
- Heat oil and curry paste in pan until fragrant
- Add coconut milk and cook until sauce thickens
- Add chicken and cook on high for 2 minutes
- Reduce heat, add veggies and simmer until done
- Serve with rice
