Thai Curry Crab

Ingredients
- 4-6 cooked cleaned crabs (quartered)
- 3 Tsp Valcom Red curry Paste
- 1 can Coconut Cream
- 2 Small Onion (quartered)
- Coriander stems & leaves
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Peanut oil 2 Tbl spoons
- Steamed Rice to serve.

Method
- Heat oil in frypan or wok. Lightly fry chopped coriander stems, ginger & garlic for a minute.
- To make sauce add Valcom red curry paste and cook one minute. Add half tin of Coconut Cream and sliced onions. Stir in crab pieces. Add remainder of coconut cream and stir.
- Cover and cook 5 minutes. Serve with steamed rice and fresh coriander.
