
Ingredients
- Valcom Panaeng curry paste 2 table spoons
- White rice - 1 cup
- Coconut milk - 400ml
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar
Method
- Wash 1 cup of white rice in a large cooking pot. Leave a bit of water in (same level as rice amount)
- Add and mix all ingrediants in with the rice until all blended well.
- Boil for about 20 - 25 min on high heat until all liquid is evaporated. Leave in cooking pot to steam further for another 10min
- Rice should be soft and ready to eat!
