
Ingredients
- Onions
- Chilli
- Coconut milk
- Prawns
- Salt
- Thai curry powder
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Coconut oil
- Coriander leaves
Method
- Heat coconut oil in a pan.
- Add onion, garlic and ginger and let it brown.
- Add chilli, salt and Thai curry powder.
- Add water and let it simmer.
- Add Valcom coconut milk.
- Let it begin to boil.
- Add prawns and close lid fir 5 minutes.
- Check if prawns changed colour stir and let it cook for another 5 minutes if required.
- Turn off heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
