
Ingredients
- Chicken mince 500g
- Chilli 3 sliced
- Basil small packet 1/2 cup
- Lee Kim Kee Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Fish sauce 1tbs
- Green beans 250g
- Red capsicum 2 small
- Honey2tsp
- Chicken stock 1/3 cup
- Eggs if desired
- Onion brown or red 2 small diced
- Sunflower oil to coat wok
Method
- Heat diced onion, garlic, chilli until golden brown
- Add liquid ingredients and simmer 5 minutes
- Add basil - allow to wilt
- Poach eggs to serve on top
- Divide serving into 4 bowls
- Add chilli and basil to garnish
