
Ingredients
- Volcom Panaeng Curry
- Chicken
- Cocunut milk
- Fish sauce
Method
- Stir fry curry paste in oil until fragrant
- Add 1/2 400 ml can of coconut, stir fry till thick.
- Add chicken & cook on high 2 min, then add rest of can & simmer till chicken cooked.
- Add 1tsp fish sauce.Stir thru. Serve with rice.
