
Ingredients
- 500grams Chicken Mince
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Handful of Coriander leaves chopped finely
- 1 Red Chilli
- 20 grams oyster sauce
- 1Tbl Self Raising Flour
- 1Tbl Fish Sauce
- 30 grams of Red Curry Paste
- 80 grams coconut milk
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees fan forced.
- Grease mini muffin tray.
- Blend together the garlic, coriander and chilli.
- Add the remaining ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Place a rounded tablespoon of mixture into the muffin tray.
- Bake for 15minutes .
- Serve with rice or noodles. Even better you can have on their own with chilli Sauce
