
Ingredients
- Valcom Panaeng curry paste
- Wagyu sirloin
- Coconut milk
- Fish sauce
- Palm sugar
- MSG
- Kaffir lime leaves
Method
- Place the pot on a medium high heat, add coconut cream into the pot, stir it constantly
- Keep cooking the coconut cream until it splits, then stir in the Panaeng paste, keep mixing until it is fully combined
- Add the sliced beef into the sauce, followed by msg, palm sugar, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves and chilli, mix well. Put the lid on, cooking it for 5-10 mins on low heat
