
Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Potatoes
- Onion
- Carrots
- Peas
Method
- Cook onions until soft.
- Add chopped chicken cook until golden brown.
- Add curry sauce mix to coat chicken adding water to cover.
- Add chopped potatoes and carrots and simmer until just cooked.
- Finally add frozen green peas and simmer for a further 5 minutes until potatoes are cooked through.
- Serve with fluffy white rice.
