
Ingredients
- Obento Teriyaki Marinade 1 bottle
- Frozen Edename Beans 500g
- White Rice 3 cups
- Chicken Thigh Fillet Boneless 400g
Method
- Marinade chicken thigh in Terriyaki sauce as per bottle instructions (longer the better)
- cook rice as per packet instructions
- microwave edename as per packet instructions
- Cook chicken thighs in flrying pan on the stove with a small amount of oil. Cook for approx 10 mins (or until cooked) turning occasionally.
- Serve! Super simple midweek meal for the family. We often also service with broccoli and some steamed dumplings.
