- Teriyaki sauce
- Salmon
- Sushi rice
- Avocado
- Kewpie mayo
- Sesame seeds
- Chili
- Brocolinni
- Sushi rice vinegar
- Pickled ginger
Method
- Marinate salmon with teriyaki sauce 30 minutes before cooking
- Cook rice as packaged instructions and season with sushi rice vinegar
- Cook salmon in oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through
- Place rice on plate, follow by salmon. Garnish with kewpie mayo, pickled ginger, sesame seeds and avocado. Top with fresh chili sliced
