
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon skin off
- 300g cooked Basmati rice
- 1/4 cup Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki stir fry sauce
- 1/2 Continental Cucumber, sliced into half moons
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee superior Light soy sauce
- Kewpie Mayonnaise to drizzle
- 1/2 Obento Japanese Yaki Nori for sushi
- Black sesame seeds to garnish
Method
- Pan fry Salmon fillets on medium-high heat, turning on each side once browned.
- Once salmon is cooked through, pour Lee Kum Kee teriyaki stir fry sauce over the fillets. Let it sizzle in the sauce for 1 minute
- Assemble by placing warm cooked rice in a bowl and drizzle over with light soy sauce.
- Add salmon, cucumber, avocado and yaki nori to the bowl and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with kewpie mayonnaise to finish and enjoy.
