
Ingredients
- 2 frozen salmon fillets
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Black sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 cups of water
Method
- Rice: Wash grains and put into a pot with water. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Leave for 15 minutes then remove from heat
- Salmon: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place each salmon fillet into aluminum foil and add 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce over each fillet. Put in a tray and bake for 15 mins. Remove from the oven when done.
- Cucumber: Wash cucumber then slice into thin strips.
- Add rice, salmon and cucumber into a bowl. Drizzle some teriyaki sauce and Kewpie mayonnaise. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds to finish.
