
Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Avocado
- Seaweed
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Spring onion
- Teriyaki marinade
- Salmon
- Oil
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Add teriyaki marinade to diced salmon, set aside. Cook rice as per packet instructions and chop vegetables as desired.
- Add oil to pan and fry green onions and salmon on medium heat.
- Assemble rice, vegetables and salmon in bowl. Cut seaweed into 2cmx2cm squares and serve on the side of bowl with kewpie mayonnaise.
