
Ingredients
- Obento Teriyaki Marinade
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- 1 red capsicum
- 2 Zucchini
- 3 Carrots
- 200g Green Beans
- 4 Cups of cooked rice
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
- Slightly oil large baking dish.
- Cut all vegetables into bite sized pieces.
- Place salmon fillets into pre oiled baking dish. Cover with Obento teriyaki marinade.
- In a large bowl, lightly oil the vegetables, then toss in Obento teriyaki marinade.
- Add the vegetables to the baking dish and cook with the salmon for approximately 30 – 35 minutes.
- While salmon and vegetables are cooking, cook the rice.
- Serve together and enjoy while warm
