
Ingredients
- 2 x Pork scotch steak
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki marinade
- 1/4 cabbage (can use 1 type or 2 different types to make the 1/4)
- 2 Carrots
- Japanese mayonnaise approx 1/4 cup
Method
- Marinate steak for 2 hours. Turn after 1 hour
- Shred cabbage and carrot. Combine and season to taste.
- Add the mayonnaise gradually until cabbage and carrot are just clinging to mayo
- Heat BBQ. Cook steak approx 6 mins one side and 3m
- Plate up with salad and enjoy
