
Ingredients
- Kewpie mayo
- 500mg Chicken
- 1 tbs Mirin
- 2 tbs Soy sauce
- 3 tbs Cooking Sake
- Spring onion
- Enoki
- 1 cup Rice
- Ginger
- Pickled ginger
- 1 tbs Sugar
- 2tbs water
Method
- Combine sugar, mirin, soy sauce, water and 1tbs sake. Add pickled ginger, sesame seeds and pickled ginger
- Fry chicken in pan until sealed, then add 2tbs sake and cover for 8mins on medium heat
- Cook rice
- Add sauce to chicken, turn up heat and mix until caramelised
- Add rice, then serve. Garnish with spring onions, pickled ginger, Kewpie Mayo and enoki
