- Cucumber
- Teriyaki sauce
- Rice

- Chicken thighs

Method
- Add rice to rice cooker with double the ratio of water to rice
- Dice chicken thighs
- Add chicken to pan with olive oil, salt, pepper and teriyaki marinade
- While chicken is cooking, chopCarrot and cucumber into thin slices
- Once chicken reaches 75 degrees internal, take off heat
- Serve chicken and veg over rice
