
Ingredients
- White rice
- Chicken breast
- Teriyaki marinade
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Rinse white rice and cook with appropriate amount of water
- Slice chicken breast into desired shape and size, and sear on a hot pan with a drizzle of oil
- When just cooked, add a generous amount of teriyaki sauce, let heat and reduce if needed
- Serve with white rice and a large amount of Kewpie mayonnaise.
