
Ingredients
- Chicken thigh fillets
- Mirin
- Sake
- Soy sauce
- Water
- Oil
Method
- Make marinade - combine 2tablesp each of mirin, soy sauce, sake and water. Bring to boil then simmer for 5 mins, cool to room temp.
- Add marinade to thigh fillets and allow to marinade overnight.
- Add 1 tablespoon oil to medium hot pan and cook chicken for 3 mins each side until cooked through. Add 2tablesp water to pan and swirl sauce around chicken. Serve with rice and broccolini.
