
Ingredients
- 800g Beef steak
- 4x Garlic cloves
- 2 tbs Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Kikkoman thick Teriyaki sauce
- 1.5 cups Rice
- Edamame beans
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Shallots
- Kewpie mayo
- Kewpie roasted sesame dressing
- 1 avocado
- Lettuce
Method
- Cook rice as per instructions on packet
- Cut steak into thin strips
- Combine steak, crushed garlic, soy sauce and 2 tbs of the teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
- Cook edamame as per instructions on packet.
- Prepare carrot, cucumber and avocado as desired.
- Heat 1 tbs of oil in pan and add steak in batches over high heat.
- Turn off heat and add all steak back into the pan. Add remaining teriyaki sauce and stir.
- Prepare bowls by adding rice, beef, carrot, cucumber, avocado, edamame beans, lettuce and shallots.
- Drizzle extra teriyaki sauce and Mayo on steak.
- Drizzle sesame dressing over lettuce.
- Enjoy
