
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 Carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 Zucchini, grated
- 500g Beef mince
- 3 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Mirin
- 3 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1/2 tsp White sugar
- White rice
- Sesame seeds
- Green onion, finely sliced
Method
- Teriyaki sauce - Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl
- Cook vegetables - heat oil, add onion and garlic. Stir 2 mins, add carrot and zucchini, cook 3 mins.
- Cook beef - add beef and cook until light brown. Add Teriyaki sauce and cook 4 mins until sauce evaporates.
- Serve over rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
