Ingredients
- Soy sauce
- Mirin
- Cooking sake
- Beef
Method
- Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl
- Cook beef in frying pan until it turns light brown
- Add teriyaki sauce to beef and cook for 4mins
- Serve with rice (and optional sesame seeds and spring onion for garnish)
