
Ingredients
- Beef mince 500g
- Mirin 3T
- Cooking saki 3T
- Onion x2
- Carrot x1
- Zuccini x1
- Soy sauce 3T
- Sesame seeds
- Garlic x3 cloves
Method
- Dice onion, mince garlic, grate carrot and zuccini. Make sauce - combine 3T each of soy, mirin and cooking sake
- Heat oil in saucepan
- Fry onion and garlic for 2 mins. Add veggies and cook for about 4 mins
- Add beef and cook until brown
- Add Teriyaki sauce and simmer for about 4 mins, until it thickens
- Serve over rice and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds!
