- Mirin seasoning
- Soy sauce
- Chicken

Method
- Add equal parts mirin, sake and soy sauce, bring to Sim and stop when you like the taste
- Roast pumpkin, carrots together, use a little oil.
- Cook chicken until ready and add your teriyaki sauce and simmer until chicken takes on sauce
- Eat.
