
Ingredients
- Obento rice wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tinned tuna
- Chicken thigh
- Teriyaki sauce
- Koshihikari rice
- S&B Wasabi
- Nori
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Soy sauce
Method
- Cook rice to packet instructions for sushi rice
- Marinade chicken in teriyaki sauce for 30min
- Cook teriyaki chicken in a fry pan on medium heat for 15min (turn once)
- While chicken is cooking cut cucumber into battons (removing seeds)
- Cut avocado in half and thinly slice
- Drain tuna and mix with 4TBSP kewpie and pepper to taste
- Serve all ingredients on a platter at the table, with 10 nori sheets cut in half
- In your palm place one nori sheet, add rice and desired fillings, roll into a cone shape and dip in soy sauce/ wasabi - enjoy!
