
Ingredients
- Nori paper
- Rice
- Cucumber
- Capsicum
- Wasabi
- Carrot
- Ginger
Method
- Cook rice
- Cut tofu in to strips and fry
- Cut cucumbers, carrots and capsicum in to sticks
- Cover half of nori paper with rice
- Place cucumber,capsicum and carrots on rice
- Smother tofu with wasbi
- Put tofu on rice
- Roll in to a cone
- Enjoy
