
Ingredients
- 500-600g Chicken Wing Nibbles (wingettes & drumettes)
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup Obento Cooking Sake
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Lemon Wedges, to serve
- Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese 7 Pepper Seasoning)/Chilli Powder, optional, to serve
Method
- Serves: 2
- In a clipseal bag, marinate Wings in Sake for 15 minutes, in refrigerator, turning once to ensure well coated.
- Remove wings from sake, pat dry very well (drying well ensures crispiness of wings). Generously sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Lightly spray wings with cooking spray.
- Preheat AirFryer to 180°C.Cook wings (skin-side down) for 8 minutes.Turn and cook for 8 more minutes.Increase heat to 200°C and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve with Lemon wedges, and Shichimi Togarashi, squeezing wedges over the wings and then sprinkling well with seasoning.
