
Ingredients
- Mince meat
- Onion (2/1)
- Garlic (1 piece )
- Capsicum (2/1)
- Egg (1)
- Coriander (10 leaves )
- Lee Kim Kee oyster panda sauce ( 1 spoon )
- Soy sauce ( 1 spoon )
- Obento mirin ( 1 spoon )
- Sugar ( 1 spoon )
- Japanese sake ( 1 spoon )
- Chili ( 1 piece )
- Sesame ( 1 spoon )
Method
- Cut all the ingredients in small pieces .
- Fry from onion, garlic and chili .
- Once when they turned to nice caramel colour add on meat and capsicum and fry .
- Turn the heat to small and add on coriander and put the sauce ( oyster sauce , soy sauce, mirin , sake , sugar , sesame )
- Fry the egg on a seperate pan.
- Decorate and enjoy your bowl !
