
Ingredients
- 500g pork ribs
- For marinade sauce:
- 1 tsp sichuan pepper or Chinese five spice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lee kum kee soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lee kum kee oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Coating sauce to brush on(mix well)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
Method
- Cut the pork ribs one by one with a rib cage each and then clean and dry with kitchen paper towel. And then put all of the marinade sauce together and marinade the pork ribs for about 12 hours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 150 degrees. Use foil to cover and wrap around all the pork ribs and bake for 30 minutes.
- And then open the foil, expose the pork ribs but leave the foil under the pork ribs. And then brush the coating sauce on the pork ribs, turn the air fryer to 180 degrees and continue to bake for 15 minutes. (after about 8 minutes of baking, brush one more time the sauce for a better colour)
- Place the pork ribs on the plate, sprinkle with some toasted white sesame seeds.
