Ingredients
- 2 cups Obento sushi rice.
- 2 tbsp of Obento sushi seasoning.
- 1 tbsp of Obento mirin.
- Kewpie mayonnaise.
- 250 g chicken tights.
- Furikake or sesame seeds.
- 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce.
- Obento nori sheets.
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per packet instructions and set aside to cool down.
- Cook small chicken pieces with teriyaki sauce, keep some plain cooked chicken for your puppy.
- Cut nori sheet into small heart shapes.
- Set aside some plain rice for your puppy and mix the rest of the rice with the sushi seasoning and mirin.
- To assemble press one tablespoon of rice into hands, place a little amount of chicken and kewpie mayonnaise in the middle and mold into balls.
- Sprinkle with Furikake and place the heart nori sheets on top, refrigerate until ready to eat.
- Your puppy will definitely love you forever.
