
Ingredients
- 250 g minced pork
- 1 tblsp Obento Mirin Seasoning
- 1 tblsp minced ginger
- 1 tblsp vegetable oil
- 1 tblsp Sichuan doubanjang spicy bean sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- For soup: 2 tblsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame paste/peanut butter
- 1 Tspn rice vinegar, half tsp sugar
- 1 tblsp chilli oil
- 2 cups each chicken stock, soy milk
- Ramen Noodlestoppings: leafy greens, shallots
Method
- Combine pork mirin and ginger.
- Soup base: whisk soy sauce sesame paste rice vi gear sugar and chilli oil until smooth
- Simmer together chicken stock and soy milk
- Blanch leafy greens for 1 minute reboil water and add noodles until cooked
- Brown pork until crispy in sesame oil. Add spicy bean sauce and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Combine stock/milk mixture and Add half sesame paste mixture to two bowls . Stir to combine. Top with cooked pork blanched greens and shallots
