
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- One sheet of nori
- One teaspoon hondashi
- One slice of ham
- One tablespoon mirin
- One tablespoon cooking sake
- One tablespoon soy sauce
- Dash olive oil
- Grated Parmesan
Method
- Whisk eggs, hondashi, mirin, cooking sake, soy sauce together.
- Heat tamagoyaki pan on medium with a dash of olive oil
- Pour half egg mixture to cover bottom of pan
- Lay nori on top, followed by ham
- Roll carefully into a tube
- Add remaining egg
- Roll again into tube
- Serve, slice and grate Parmesan on top
