
Ingredients
- Pork fillet
- Szechuan sauce
- Hakubaku Organic Soba noodles
- Lettuce
- Capsicum
- Sesame Oil
- Dried crispy noodles
Method
- Spread Szechuan sauce over the pork
- BBQ for a few minutes each side
- Set to the side and cover to keep warm
- Cook Hakubaku noodles, then drain water
- Slice pork into thin strips
- Place noodles in bowl, with Szechuan pork strips on top
- Roughly tear lettuce and thinly sliced capsicum in another bowl
- Garnish salad with a drizzle of sesame oil and crunchy dried noodles
- Serve and enjoy!
