
Ingredients
- Kewpie Mayonnaise 50% Reduced Fat
- Sushi Rice
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- Sashimi Grade Salmon 100 grams
- S & B Wasabi
Method
- Wash the sushi rice until the water runs clean. Cook rice on low/medium heat until it begins to boil. Place the lid with a tea towel on top to trap in the steam and leave on for 10 minutes.
- Slice the salmon into your desired thickness and cut up the avocado.
- Shape the rice by placing a small amount of water onto your hand to prevent stickiness. Make the rice into oval shapes.
- Assemble sushi by laying rice on the bottom, avocado, salmon then garnish with Kewpie Mayonnaise and S & B Wasabi. Enjoy.
