
Ingredients
- 4 pieces of salmon steak
- 2 cups brown rice
- 1/4 of a red onion finally sliced
- 2 Shallots finally sliced
- 500g Packet of rocket and spinach leaves.
- Kewpie mayo
- ABC sweet soy sauce
- 1 lemon cut into quarters
Method
- Cook 2 cup's of brown rice is a rice cooker.
- Finally slices the red onion and shallots. Slices lemon into quarters Put to the side.
- Cook salmon steaks skin side down in a pan with a lid on, till the skin starts to go brown. Turn salmon over cook till lightly brown.
- When brown rice is cooked place 3 scoops into bowl. Place salmon to one side on top of rice, add rocket and spinach leaves to ther side. Add a drizzle of sweet soy and Kewpie mayo onto top of salmon and rice. Garnish with red onion and shallots. Add lemon silce.Enjoy
