
Ingredients
- 1 Red and White onionHalf cabbage500ml jar of Sauerkraut10 mushrooms10 green beans2 carrots1 kg Pork belly1tsp of vege and pork stock powder1 Red chilli2 Garlic cloves2 pieces, small of Ginger2 TBS Obento Mirin seasoning2 TBS butter and FlourSalt and pepper to taste.
Method
- Stir fry pork in wok- remove Stir fry onion, chilli, garlic until soft. Remove. Stir fry carrots, mushrooms beans. Remove. Stir fry cabbage until broken down.Add all ingredients except mirin, cover wok, cook on high 12 mins. Thicken with roux. Add mirin , salt and pepper to taste.ENJOY!Tip: If you have leftover ginger,cut into pieces and place in glass jar, cover with Obento Mirin seasoning. Keep refrigerated.
